Practice Areas
Our practice at Van Nurden Law, PLLC focuses exclusively on litigation in Minnesota federal and state courts. We provide clients with judicious counsel regarding legal issues, process, and strategy, and advocate confidently and assertively in representing the client.
Attorney Joel Van Nurden has extensive experience in both initiating and defending against litigation in many substantive areas. Most of our cases fall into one of three primary areas: real estate, business, and trusts and estates. We also assist clients with other selected litigation on a case-by-case basis.
Our real estate litigation practice includes landlord / tenant disputes, actions involving real property owner rights, and construction defect cases. In business litigation, we handle actions involving breach of contract, business-to-business disputes, ownership and management disagreements, and employment litigation. Our probate litigation practice includes a wide range of court actions relating to wills, trusts, and estate administration.
From our Minneapolis office, we handle litigation matters in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and throughout the State of Minnesota. We welcome clients and referring attorneys to learn additional details about our primary areas of practice.
